Adrienne Tin

Adrienne completed her 500-hour advanced teacher training in 2019. She began her yoga journey in 2002 when she stepped into her first hot yoga class in Hong Kong with a pure intention of finding body relaxation. Her interest further developed in 2016 when she started exploring the connection between body, breath and mind through various yoga practices.
Adrienne’s classes emphasise posture alignment to prevent injuries and find balance through body awareness, encouraging students to explore their own bodies by offering variations for different levels. Her classes include asana, pranayama, meditation, sound therapy, yoga bou, kid’s yoga to help with concentration and mindfulness.
