Denise is a passionate and professional yoga teacher and Pilates teacher. She was inspired to lead a healthy lifestyle in her teenage age. Her connection to yoga spontaneously began in that age, with a yoga book borrowed from her school library.

In 2016, She took her very first yoga teacher training which was a vinyasa-based yoga training and it officially sparked her journey with yoga. After completing the training, she started teaching group classes aside with her full time school job and building her teaching experience. In summer 2017, She became full time yoga teacher and was in a hope to bring more calm and balance to people and inspire others to lead a healthy and conscious life.

Denise offers private 1-1 class at students’ home, studio, self-formed private group class and other regular group classes.

Qualifications:

300 Hours Advanced Teaching Training with Samrat Dasgupta
200 Hours Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Level 1 & 2 with Dr.Yogananth Andiappan
Pre- & Post-natal Yoga Teacher Training
Rehab Pilates – Spinal Conditions Course
Certified BASI® Pilates Mat Instructor
200 Hours Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
Sports Science & Fitness Foundation Certification
