Maggie Li

Maggie has started her yoga journey since 2015 due to a serious knee injury caused by intensive running and dancing training, which in another way opened a new door for her to strike a balance between busy work and a healthy life.  She completed her 200 and 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 and 2023 in Koh Phangan and Koh Samui, Thailand respectively.  Maggie has over 3,500 teaching hours and she is now a 500-Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance.  She is also a certified Singing Bowl and Tuning Fork Therapist, AromaCarer and Divemaster.


Maggie offered yoga practices at various yoga events held by different brands and organizations such as Ocean Park, lululemon, PMQ and Quarryside, etc.  Her classes are always infused with energy and inspiration.  She specializes in alignment-based Vinyasa, which helps laying down a solid foundation, trains up core muscle and endurance, and adds to the depth of body awareness in poses.  She also teaches various styles such as Hatha, Slim and Detox yoga, Relaxing Stretch and Wheel Yoga.  Her goal is to help everyone benefits from yoga by fostering a connection between body and mind, regardless of age, size, or physical limitations.

  • Yoga Alliance 500-Hour Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and YACEP

  • Certified Singing Bowl and Tuning Fork Healing Therapist

  • Certified Aromacare Carer
