Wing is a very active person. She used to think yoga was boring and easy until she got injured from several strength workout trainings. The injuries led her into yoga journey and became a yoga teacher. The practice of yoga to her is far beyond asana (posture) but also a spiritual journey, it is a connection for the mind, body and breath. Let's stay active and enjoy the peaceful moment together.
