Minzy Ho

Minzy suffered from chronic back pain due to the long sitting hours in office. She started to practice Pilates in 2014 and found her back pain was significantly released. After four years of practicing Pilates, she finally decided to venture into the journey of being a full-time Pilates instructor in 2018.
Minzy is a detailed-minded person and strong in observation. She delivers clear instruction to students and hopes to guide her students to practice safely in class. She believes that the “Contrology in Pilates applies in every yoga asana. By practicing Pilates and Yoga, we can maximize the benefits of these two exercises”.
